Martina is active in the field of corporate, commercial and banking law, with particular focus and expertise in banking regulation, banking supervision and banking resolution in Europe.

She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in law and practice of the Banking Union from Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna.

She regularly works on contentious corporate and commercial matters both before Courts and in arbitration.
