Alessandro provides expert advice on the full range of corporate services, from general corporate advisory work affecting the day-to-day operation to complex commercial and corporate finance transactions, including (domestic and cross-border) private equity, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures and equity issues.

His practice includes advising, on a regular basis, (often listed) companies on corporate governance issues. He has gained extensive expertise, with particular focus on the banking sector, on regulatory matters.

He has also gained substantial experience in the field of international commercial law and has assisted clients in the negotiation of dozens of commercial contracts.

He has worked for prominent law firms, also international.

He has worked on a wide range of contentious corporate and commercial matters and has particular expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has substantial experience as counsel in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration. He has also served as arbitrator.

Alessandro was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2001 and has been registered to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian high court) and the other superior courts since 2013.
